Platform terms

The operating rules for AltPilot’s non-custodial trading, subscriptions, billing, and account access.

Last updated 24 August 2026

1. Agreement and contact

These terms apply when you create or use an AltPilot account. AltPilot is the service named on your account and invoices. Questions, security reports, and legal notices may be sent to info@axxra.in. By verifying your email and using the service, you confirm that you can enter this agreement and comply with the laws that apply to you.

2. Account security

Access uses an email one-time code or an enrolled passkey. You are responsible for your email account, passkeys, connected exchange accounts, and activity performed through a valid session. Notify AltPilot promptly if any of them may be compromised.

3. Non-custodial trading authority

Your trading capital remains at the connected exchange. You authorize AltPilot to read balances and positions and to place, query, reconcile, and cancel supported orders through an API credential you provide. Credentials with withdrawal permission are refused or revoked. AltPilot does not promise that an exchange, network, or credential will remain available.

4. Packages and account orders

A subscription connects a package, plan, market allocation, and exchange account. An AltPilot trading decision creates an account order only for eligible subscriptions. Actual size may be reduced or skipped because of available balance, existing exposure, your protected reserve, package availability, market minimums, permissions, current account information, or exchange limits. A cancellation request does not guarantee that an order has not already filled.

5. Fees, plans and referrals

Weekly commission is calculated from realized profit attributable to AltPilot orders above the applicable subscription high-water mark. Your assigned subscription template defines the available plans, commission rates, terms and any prepayment as a percentage of investment allocation. Template changes apply to active subscription commission from the next Monday at 00:00 UTC. Current-week pricing and issued invoices remain unchanged. Existing prepaid balances remain intact; new prepayment percentages apply to new subscriptions. Referral share comes from AltPilot’s commission and does not increase the subscriber invoice. Subscription prepayments remain assigned to their subscription. A cancellation stops new entries while existing trades remain managed; unused prepaid cash becomes eligible for withdrawal only after the final invoice is settled. An immediate exit requires explicit acceptance of realized losses, fees and slippage and confirmed trade reconciliation. Excess confirmed payments and referral earnings may pay invoices or be withdrawn in full less the configured network fee. Promotional bonus credit is invoice-only. Exchange trading assets remain at the customer’s exchange.

6. Invoices and service holds

Invoices are generated on a UTC weekly cycle and are due seven days after generation. Confirmed payments and applicable credits reduce the amount due. Partial payments leave the remainder outstanding; overpayments become service credit. If an invoice remains overdue, AltPilot may halt new positions while continuing risk management and reconciliation for existing positions. Service resumes only after all overdue invoices are cleared.

7. Trading risk

Trading, margin, and derivatives can produce rapid and total loss. Risk controls reduce over-allocation but cannot prevent loss, liquidation, slippage, exchange failure, network delay, or gaps in protective orders. You must read the Trading risk disclosure before enabling a subscription.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use AltPilot to violate law, sanctions, exchange rules, intellectual-property rights, or another person’s account security. You must not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or evade access and rate controls, or submit credentials you are not authorized to use.

9. Availability, suspension and termination

AltPilot may pause a market, package, account, connection, or part of the service to protect users, investigate an incident, comply with law, or respond to unavailable external systems. You may stop future trading by cancelling subscriptions and connected credentials, subject to management of existing orders and positions. Records that must be retained for security, billing, accounting, disputes, or law are not erased merely because trading stops.

10. No performance promise

Market data, charts, historical results, and package descriptions are information, not a guarantee, investment advice, or a promise of future performance. You remain responsible for deciding whether the service and each connected exchange are appropriate for you.

11. Changes

Material changes will be published with a new effective date. If a change materially alters fees or trading authority, AltPilot will provide notice through the account or verified email before it applies where practical. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; otherwise, stop new subscriptions and disconnect the credential.
